5.0 out of 5 stars beautiful I am totally in love with this cutting board. It looks so good after conditioning it I almost don’t want to use it. Solid maple with great American craftsmanship. Sized for those big cuts of meat I like to Q or smoke. I doubt I could be any happier with this product.
5.0 out of 5 stars Stellar and worth the $$ We bought this as an anniversary gift to each other (and a giant bean bag lol). Phenom build quality and function. Have kept it oiled and creamed as instructed. If you spend this kind of $ on a cutting board, you have to maintain it. Buy their mystery oil and board cream for sure (it does come with some to get you started). Also, the oil and cream work great on any wood that is dry or gets washed/wiped frequently.

5.0 out of 5 stars Versatility makes it worth it Honestly, I don’t have to cut roasted meat that often. But the mess it makes drives me crazy. You also miss out on the juices that run off the board. This board is game changing for cutting grilled tri tips and other roasted meat.But for the day-to-day mise-en-place, this is just wonderful. It has enough space to allow you to leave little piles of chopped onion, peppers and garlic on the board. The thickness of the wood makes it so sturdy. I love the little garbage pan. We have a lock on our trash can because–dogs. So loading up the little pan and emptying it at the end is useful. We use it every single day.
5.0 out of 5 stars So beautiful! Have many Boos cutting boards, tables, countertops, and real 16″ thick butcher block which are all outstanding. This piece is a show-stopper, it is so stunning, but very functional gripping roasts and turkeys. Juice tray is also great. Slightly difficult to clean the spikes, which are surprisingly sharp, but since I only use it a few times during the year, it’s worth it. Sits on the shelf under my Boos baking table for all to see.
5.0 out of 5 stars Lovely item, but quite heavy It is a lovely product, very well made. Be aware that it is very thick and very heavy. We’re considering having it inset into the counter. Haven’t actually used it yet so can’t comment on cleaning it.

My wife encouraged me to and boy am i glad i did. I have cut several briscuits on it and a prime rib. It did an amazing job holding the meat in place and was heavy enough not to slide around. If i had one negative about it, i wish the tray would attach to it instead of sliding under it. Makes it harder to catch the juice and storage.
