The design of this handle attachment system seems much sturdier and is easier to operate. It holds more and is more likely to expel the cheese before compacting in the tunnel without me stopping the shredding as often to spin it out. I also can fit larger pieces food. I’ve made fluffy mashed potatoes by grating large chunks of boiled potato using the fine grater and stirring in melted butter and cream cheese mixed with hot milk. The suction system works great. I live how the grater tunnels stack for this one.
