The pans delivered fluffy, fluffy pancakes, curly, just-right bacon, and evenly-cooked eggs, and were very easy to wash up. The only quibble I have is that the “thermo-heat technology” just doesn’t really seem to work? The dot never brightens (or turns solid). The little red facets always remain visible to my eye. So, on that note, I usually let the pans heat up on low heat for 2 minutes or so, and they’re ready (or I do the “drop of water evaporation” test). So I got the 3pack after getting the big pan and checking it out I wanted the other two. Great on induction with flat solid bases. Heats up super fast af too fast even. They don’t need the red dot to be ready that’s for searing cause they are hot in moments at your set temp so I wouldn’t always be waiting for the dot unless you need a hot hot pan.
