The only thing I don’t like and the reason for 4 stars is.. it says to bring the heat up slowly but it dosnt say anything about not cooking on high. Lesson learned. I fried potatoes and melted the handle. The bottom has a huge heat stain too. I haven’t used that pan since then but it worries me about using it in the oven.
