This is very easy and safe to use. Cleans up easily and easy to store. I highly recommend it. The one thing I do not care for is I wish it held bigger produce. Hard to do normal size onions, tomatoes, beets, etc. It also tends to cut your vegetables at an angle instead of if you’re slicing with a knife. When slicing vegetable in any way..you can’t put the vegetable end (example: cucumber) flat on the grate. Instead, the side of the veggie sits on the grate due to the guard not allowing you to put it on straight. This results in imperfections in your slices. It’s not a dealbreaker..more annoying than anything. It’s also a little annoying to clean as you can’t take it apart all of the way. As long as clean it right away you can get everything off easily. Do not wait to clean tho or stuff will dry and it will be very hard to clean.Variation: Color: 6 IN 1 Gray
