5.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy Chopper I am very picky when it comes to a chopper. This is maybe the third one I have owned since they hit the market some 20+ years ago. The one I am replacing the container cracked but the blades were still ok. Anyway. This is nice! Test for tonight cutting raw sweet potatoes. Cut them in 1 inch slices then chopped them with the larger of the two choppers. Nice! Then red peppers. Skin side up, no problem at all. Then onions with the smaller blades. Nice! Yesterday I zested two lemons. Worked great! Thinly sliced cucumbers the other day too. Now my only issue is the container the food falls in has vents in the ends. May be an issue chopping tomatoes for salsa and pico de gallo. But that will be later in the season. I’ll let you know.Variation: Color: White

Just remember to push down hard and it will chop all ,i put back in to rechop the even make smaller. Just watch out the blades are very very sharp when you wash, remove ,change. HAVING TO ALWAYS EMPTY THE TRAY TO CONTINUE WITH MY FOOD PREP IS PRETTY ANNOYING.MY 4 STARS IS FOR THE GREAT VERTICAL DESIGN, BUT THE SIZE OF THE TRAY AND TINY SIZE OF THE CHOPPING SHOOT HOLE ARE A 1 STAR FOR ME.
