I ordered a set of six and then a set of four in the ocean glaze….the glazes are a bit different in each order but also within each set. So if you want matchy-matchy dishes, these are not for you! I use these in the microwave and dishwasher and they have held up well. Others complain that they have broken in the microwave but so far, mine are holding up just fine. Upon receiving my dinnerware set, I noticed a small chip in one of the bowls. I reached out to customer service according to the instructions noted in the packaging. I received a reply by the company the very next morning. They gave 2 options to reconcile this matter, 1) I could choose to receive a $25 credit or 2) I could opt to have a replacement sent at no cost. I chose the replacement option. Again, I received a prompt reply back stating they received my request and, to my surprise, that they would be sending along a 6 bowl replacement set, not for just the one which was damaged during delivery. Needless to say, AmorArc went above and beyond! The customer service rep was extremely pleasant and apologetic, and addressed this issue without delay.
