Do I need butter, oil, or cooking spray to bake or cook with Caraway bakeware?
Ceramic is naturally a non-stick cooking surface, so a very little amount of oil or butter will go a long way. We suggest coating the entire interior with a light dab using a paper towel or cloth to keep things silky smooth when cooking.

Is Caraway’s ceramic bakeware oven compatible?
Yes, our bakeware is oven compatible up to 550 degrees fahrenheit.

Is Caraway ceramic bakeware easy to clean?
Yes! Our ceramic coating makes cleanup easy. Just let your pan cool, then wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. For stubborn spots, simmer soapy water and gently scrub. No dishwasher needed—just simple, effortless care.

Well it’s not dishwasher safe, it really does come clean so easily. If you do put it in the dishwasher it does have the potential to get ruined. I’ve been using this pan quite often for over a year, and I’m still just as pleased with it as I was in the beginning.If you’re in a journey to use cleaner products in your kitchen, especially in your bakeware, caraway is an amazing place to start.
