Frequently Asked Questions
Can I put this 8-piece serrated steak knife set in the dishwasher?
No. To protect the integrity of the ash wood handles and the sharpness of the blades, you must hand wash them with mild detergent and dry them immediately. Never place these knives in a dishwasher.
How do I maintain the wood handles over time?
To keep the ash wood in top condition, wipe the handles dry after each use and avoid letting them soak in water. You can occasionally apply food-safe mineral oil to maintain the finish and prevent the wood from drying out.
What is the benefit of the blade material?
The blades are crafted from 50Cr15MoV high-carbon stainless steel, which is heat-treated to 56–58 HRC. This material provides an ideal balance of hardness and toughness, ensuring the knives stay strong and maintain their precision-ground serrated edge through regular use.

5.0 out of 5 stars Well Balanced, Large, Extra Sharp & Classy Steak Knives! This set of steak knives is amazing. They have a very classy and expensive appearance and it doesn’t disappoint. These knives have elegant wooden handles and seriously sharp blades. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years and this is a quality built set of knives. Amazing craftsmanship and every handle has it’s own unique touch. The handles are gorgeous and the color combined with the individuality of the wood on each handle is absolutely stunning. These are very well balanced and have great grip and cut remarkably well. These should be hand washed only as the high heat from the dishwasher could damage the beautiful handles. I’ve never had one of these dull on me as of yet and because of the high quality and high carbon stainless steel blade I expect they’ll last a lifetime. May seem a little pricey for knives, but these are some of the best and the quality speaks for itself. Highly recommend!Variation: Color: Natural
4.0 out of 5 stars Bad packaging. Product ok Knifes are good quality but were sent without proper packaging. The storage box was destroyed. Thankfully it wasn’t wet as this would have destroyed the wooden handles.Variation: Color: Natural

5.0 out of 5 stars Proper Knives For A Good Cut I’ve been through a lot of kitchen gear over the years, and I’ve learned that a cheap set of steak knives is usually a waste of money because they either bend or the handles fall apart after a few months. I picked up this Natura Series set of eight, and I’m giving them five stars because they feel like they belong in a man’s hand and they actually get the job done without any fuss. The first thing I liked was the weight and the grip. The wooden handles have a solid, natural feel that plastic ones just can’t match. My daughters are 11 and 13, and even they noticed that these knives don’t slip around when we’re sitting down for a Sunday dinner. The high carbon stainless steel is sharp right out of the box, and the serrated edge saws through a thick ribeye or a pork chop like it’s nothing. They look good on the table too, which is a nice change from the mismatched stuff I used to have.On the downside, because they have wooden handles, you absolutely cannot just toss these in the dishwasher. If you do, you’re going to ruin the wood and probably the blade over time. You have to wash them by hand and dry them off immediately. It’s a bit of extra work, but for me, taking care of good tools is just part of the process. Considering you get eight of these for the price, the value is excellent. You’re getting a high-quality set that looks expensive and performs well, as long as you aren’t lazy about the maintenance. For anyone who appreciates a decent piece of steel, these are worth every penny.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great knives but do not use in dishwasher. Price is a little high Great knives. Sharp serrated blade which cuts well and the handle is comfortable. However since the handle is made of wood ideally you don’t want to put these through the dishwasher since that can cause fading or cracks but that isn’t specific to this product and applies to all wooden kitchen things.Price is a little bit high for your average knives but these seem high quality and you get what you pay for.
