Once I found this beautiful Staub Brie dish, all our questions were answered. It’s perfect for cooking and serving. It doesn’t clash with any decor and it doesn’t make multiple messy dishes. I loved it so much I bought one for my mom and sister as well!

I debated on buying a less expensive brand, but I’m glad I didn’t. I’m sure I will use this for years to come. Baked brie is always a favorite. So easy, but packs a flavor punch.

Be sure to read the dimensions before ordering — this is a stoneware piece, NOT enameled cast iron, nor is it a stovetop piece. This item is meant to be used as a warmer/server for side dishes — exactly what I needed. Quality-wise, it’s Staub, it’s excellent quality.
