The baking dish performed well in 450 degree oven when made Brussel sprout Au Gratin dish. A gratin baking dish is hard to find in local stores so this was a great purchase.

I initially wanted them for more aesthetic purposes because the color matches my pink-themed kitchen, but I was super impressed by how thick and durable these are and how easy they are to clean. You can see that mine got baked on balsamic vinegar (feta pasta) which I assumed would be a nightmare to clean…no, it was so easy. I barely had to put any elbow grease in during the cleanup afterwards. I am pleased to death with these and I am actively looking for baking recipes so I can have an excuse to use them again soon. The size of those are perfect because I have a Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro and they fit perfectly inside it. They are very high quality and I expect them to last a long time. I highly recommend these gorgeous baking dishes.
