I purchased oil decanters that you can pour or spray, so I could just use olive or canola oil. With my first true test, I scrambled an egg with canola oil. The egg stuck to multiple areas. I still had to use non-stick spray. Then, a couple of months in, even using non- stick spray it started to stick. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!ORIGINAL:I purchased a single 11″ skillet a while back and it works great, so I decided to replace all my other pans with this set. These pots and pans don’t take long to heat up and I have not had any issues with any foods sticking to the pan. They have some weight to them but are not very heavy since they are ceramic coated vs full ceramic. I love the color and have not noticed any scratches on the outer surface but I have been following the manufacturer recommendation by not stacking these pots and pans.
