Do I need butter, oil, or cooking spray to cook with Caraway cookware?
Ceramic is naturally a non-stick cooking surface, so a very little amount of oil or butter will go a long way. We suggest coating the entire interior with a light dab using a paper towel or cloth to keep things silky smooth when cooking.

Is Caraway’s ceramic cookware induction compatible?
Yes, our cookware is induction compatible. Base diameters range from 5.5" to 8". Since not all induction stovetops are universal, we recommend checking with your stovetop manufacturer to confirm compatibility.

Is Caraway ceramic cookware easy to clean?
Yes! Our ceramic coating makes cleanup easy. Just let your pan cool, then wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. For stubborn spots, simmer soapy water and gently scrub. No dishwasher needed—just simple, effortless care.

What temperatures can my Caraway Cookware handle?
For best results, cook on low to medium-low heat. Our heat-retentive design holds temperature well, so high heat isn’t needed—and can burn food or damage the non-stick surface. Keep it gentle to keep it lasting.

5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding value A truly non-stick cooking surface and a gorgeous set of pans and lids. In the first week, I tested the 10″ sauté pan by cooking fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and a French-style omelette and all dishes were perfection in taste and appearance. Equally important is that nothing stuck to the pan and clean up was so easy. I was also pleased with the 5 quart pan when I baked a whole 5 pound chicken in the oven. Again the results were delicious and nothing stuck the pan. Anyone who has cooked a whole chicken or cut up chicken knows that many pans grab onto the skin and meat, which makes it hard to lift out the chicken and clean the pan. Caraway non-stick ceramic cookware is amazing. I like the pan rack that comes with the set and I keep this attractive set on my kitchen counter for easy access. The Canvas Lid Holder and lids look so attractive that I hung them on the outside of my kitchen cabinet door.Variation: Model: NavySize: 12pc Set

Very easy to clean the surfaces and with there many uses, a pot or pan for everything you may need. We have already put these items to use and find them extremely easy to clean. We take care handling these because the weight will take a little bit getting used to. A solid purchase and should last quite some time. We found this to be a very versatile set. We may add some baking items later on. The enamel finish is subtle and pleasant to look at if left out.
