Amazon quickly reshipped a second set (thank you Amazon) and we returned the first set. The second set was packed with more cushioning between the dishes. The cardboard packing was the same. The dishes arrive with no damage. The dishes are just as described and excellent. We are pleased we ordered these. They are pretty neutral in color and have a contemporary look. Just a note: We could have bought these directly from the company at a lower price. However, if we had to return them due to shipping damage we would have had to pay for the return shipping cost.
