I didn’t think about the gold leaf used for the rim being METAL and put one in the microwave. The rim got SO HOT it singed and turned rainbow when my food touched it. I was lucky it’s gold leaf and not another metal because this for sure would have started a fire in the microwave. Overall just don’t be dumb like me, don’t microwave them and you’ll be fine. I have put them in the dishwasher and that is fine.
