It has been dropped a couple of times and nothing has broken and the lid didn’t pop off. We typically put our food in hot and it retains the heat very well and only requires about 10-15 mins to reheat to steaming hot after 2 hours of sitting. It contains the smell of the food and doesn’t stink up the car. I like that it includes both a car plug and a house plug making it versatile but we have only utilized in the car so far. It is extremely easy to clean. We went from eating out 4 nights a week to having home cooked meals on the go. During lunch it gets chaotic and microwaves either don’t work or to many people waiting . Going to a store usually isn’t convenient either so I love being able to take what I bring with me and heating up in 20ish minutes . Frozen or really cold meals are usually nice and hot by lunch time if I start it 3-5 hrs in advance . The heat is equal through too . Not one spot is too hot or cold . The full size utensils are nice too. Usually when these lunch boxes come with utensils they are tiny and flimsy . An added perk is the separate tray on top. I usually put my yogurt fruit or whatever up there .I do wish the latches would allow you to close it up tight without the upper tray. I also wish you had an option to just keep it warm versus heating up. Maybe a three way switch that offered the options Low , Medium , High or something like that .Variation: Color: Black+Gray

5.0 out of 5 stars I would buy it. There are pros and cons with this product. The pros are took about an hour to an hour and a half to get my lunch piping hot. I also filled it with water afterwards 3/4 of the way up and it took it an hour and a half to bring that water to a steaming hot temperature. Works great. Cons when it was full of water. I moved it around and it does drip water. Maybe not great for soups. But honestly I would put soups in it. I love the fact that it is plug-in and not battery powered. I don’t work outdoors. I work inside so this is perfect for me. I would recommend this product to somebody who wants to make a sensible purchase at a great price.Variation: Color: Black+Gray

Even though there is a top tray you still need a divider in the bottom.It is very light.Overall It is not a bad lunch box I just wish there was some modifications to the heating container.It is very easy to clean and that is a plus.
