5.0 out of 5 stars WOW what an upgrade Got this set on the prime day deal for like 85$ totally worth it! I’ve been using crappy knives for a long time and sharpening them. These were a super upgrade. The handle is long so be aware, I have size XL hands for gloves in comparison, so keep that in mind if you have petite hands. They come VERY sharp, excellent build quality, the steel looks good. The rear of the handle has a piece of angled metal that needs to be smoothed/buffed it could easily cut someone with dainty hands. That’s as the only nit-pick. For me these are super amazing! Can’t wait to see how the steel holds up to sharpening.

I wanted to put them through their paces before I reviewed them. The family was here for the long weekend and the knives performed exceptionally well. They are sharp out of the box and stay sharp. I had used them for several days before my guests arrived and they did everything I asked and joyfully invited more. This weekend it was more of the same. Five cooks in the kitchen and everyone using and abusing them. These knives fit your hand well and did everything they were asked, no problems at all.(the only problem we had is that I need another paring knife. I know where I can find a good one)
