5.0 out of 5 stars Couldn't ask for a better pan This is the greatest sheet pan I have ever owned. It absolutely does not warp or rust. It excels at roasting vegetables – plenty of room for everything to spread out and it browns the food well. The small lip makes sure nothing drips out into the bottom of the oven. It also works really well for cookies.Couple of things you should be keep in mind1. Because it’s tri-ply clad, it is definitely heavier than your average 1/2 sheet pan. If you own any clad cookware, just think about the weight difference between it and a lesser quality piece. This sheet pan is not unwieldy but you’re going to need to use both hands to lift it out of the oven when it has hot food on it.2. The handles really help you handle the pans weight but they also make the pan larger than your normal 1/2 sheet pan. In my case, it makes it awkward to put in the dishwasher. It generally ends up face down on the bottom rack and it’s the only thing down there with the silverware caddies.All things said, I would absolutely buy this thing again. 5.0 out of 5 stars It’s five stars, but I’m not gonna sugarcoat it Listen,Obviously if you’re not financially secure, get literally anything else. You unequivocally do not need a pan this high quality. Nobody does. Pans 1/10th the price will feed your family and clean up just as easily.But come on,This is an Amazon review so I won’t swear but just know that Id love to be a lot more explicit when I say this pan freaking rocks.If you cook everyday and use a pan most days, it’s such a good nice to have, and the 1/8th size is not only excellent for separating certain ingredients in an oven, but it’s excellent in a toaster oven too. I’m sure there’s an air fryer out there that this would fit in too and I’m sure that it’d be a match made in heaven too.My favorite thing use it for is to rip out a plate of zucchini fries or some other side to go with a main course that I can effectively just set and forget.Could you do this with a cheaper pan? Duh. Could you do this with a bigger pan? Obviously. But there’s something really convenient about not having to deal with a massive sheet pan while also not having to compromise on materials.The clad stainless does what clad stainless is gonna do, and boy is it top notch stainless so it’s gonna do it with flying colors.Throw it on the grill if you want, but also keep in mind an actual grill flattop is basically the same price for like 5x the cooking real estate, that being said, throwing it on for a single side like asparagus is just so much fun.Easy to clean, barkeepers friend every 2 months or so to make it extra pretty, and if you want an actual nugget of new information that you’d actually read a review for, the edges and corners are sloped gradually enough that it makes it even easier to get spotless than some of my other pans. Is that worth a 1000% markup? Of course not.That being said, if you’re the smug son of a billionaire who has a $6000 toaster oven and needs a tray for it, boy do I have the recommendation for you.Last note, Marshalls may have this or their Au Gratin dishes for unbelievably cheap. If you’re stalking these things on Amazon and can’t stomach the price tag, get off your rump and go check your local Marshall’s. If you don’t have one, idk maybe your local TK Maxx or whatever they call it in Europe has it.Thank you for letting me waste your time with this review. The product rocks. So would a $6 pan and $65 dollars towards your child’s college fund. If your kids are all done with college and you don’t have anything to do but cook, hey, maybe consider this, and then leave it to your favorite child (or the one who cooks most) when you’re gone.Variation: Size: Mini-Eighth – 6x9 inch

5.0 out of 5 stars Tri-Ply Lasts a Lifetime “You get what you pay for” is an old saying. It’s still in our language, because it’s true. I know that Heston cookie sheets are very expensive, but you have to look at it over time.I have a set of decent stainless steel cookie sheets; they aren’t the quality of the Heston sheets. They’re 10 years old now, and they’re still usable, but getting harder to clean. They’re the larger 18″ long pans. I usually end up using just one, because only 1 sheet will fit on the oven shelf. I also have a problem fitting them in the dishwasher, without the arm hitting them. I’m not spoiled; I’m disabled. The larger sheets are hard for me to use.I’ve sent back 2 sets of 304 stainless steel cookie sheets, to Amazon this past week; both sets had hundreds of stellar reviews. But both sets warped severely at 375°. 304 stainless steel should never warp.My other baking pans (as well as my cooking pans) are made of Tri-Ply 304 stainless steel, with aluminum sandwiched between. All cost me upwards of $75-100 each, 20+ years ago. They look and perform the same today as they did when I bought them. It’s CHEAPER to buy really good pans that last a lifetime, then $30 pans that need replacement every couple of years. It’s simple math.Heston pans aren’t just cookie sheets, they’re an investment. I know for a fact that I’ll never have to replace them.I ordered one cookie sheet and it performed as I expected a very well-made cookie sheet should perform. I made picture perfect chocolate chip cookies on the first one, right after it was delivered. Every cookie was evenly brown; all were the same color of golden brown, baked at 375°. Needless to say, it didn’t warp. After removing the cookies, I heated the oven to 400°, with the empty cookie sheet in the oven. I don’t generally put an empty pan in a hot oven, but I have a recipe that calls for it. It didn’t warp. I went ahead and ordered a second cookie sheet which came today.My old sheets were the type that are completely flat, with one raised edge. I wish I hadn’t ordered this type of cookie sheet. The Heston pans have a 1″ rim all around. Over the years, I’ve lost count of how many times things have run off into the oven bottom. It’s also a heck of a lot easier to get rimmed cookie sheets in and out of a hot oven. Heston goes one step further by adding handles at each end of the pan.The Heston pans are heavy, which is why they perform so well. Heston is also priced very versus comparable Tri-Ply cookie sheets. They come well packed in individual boxes. When looked at through the lens of time, Heston cookie sheets are a bargain.Variation: Size: Medium – 12x15 inch
