Then I saw was foam covered in plastic and vacuumed sealed. I was worried about smell but there wasn’t any. I unrolled the covered foam and cut open the plastic. All of a sudden the foam started to expand. Some were as flat as a pancake and curled up on the edges. It took about a hour to expand. There was no miss shaped cushions and they were exactly what the description said. They are comfortable to sit on. We have miss match chairs, 3 of the chairs are too small for the set cushions and the other chairs are the right size. The quality is nice. The covers are washable and you have the choice of tying them on or just sitting them on the chair. Either way they stay put. They don’t collect animal hair or fur. Which is great. I chose red which is more of a barn red. The fabric and construction is sturdy. They have a good zipper. The cushions are dense and so far, are comfortable.”BUT”, you have to stuff the cushion into the cover yourself. This is no easy process since there is no give to the fabric and they fit tightly. A lot of pushing, tugging, pulling and arranging. I was afraid a zipper would break, but none did. I think I will always spot clean. I don’t ever want to take a cushion out of the cover and put it in again. You will be surprised at the small box they are packed in. The cushions are compressed to fit in the box.
