5.0 out of 5 stars Great and versatile roasting pan! Item arrived well packaged and protected. This small Hexclad roasting pan is a wonderful complement to my other Hexclad pots and pans. Does a fantastic job roasting meats, especially turkey, duck or chicken. Skin comes out crispy with a nice even cook all the way around thanks to the included elevated roasting rack. Sturdy, well constructed and easy to clean thanks to the non-stick surface. I’ve used it for several different items from chicken to roasted meat and they have all turned out beautifully. Vegetables and juices slow cook nicely in the roasting pan below your main protein. This is a versatile roasting pan you will happy to own especially at the sale price.Variation: Size: 14 inches x 10 inches
5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome buy I have never spent these many dollars on a single pan. I have, however bought several test pans to see if I wanted to expand the purchase. Lots of failures in the past but this is clearly a winner! Cooking was even as the heat was distrudeted equally due to the weight of the pan. Loved the large size big enough for a 22 pound turkey. Clean up was a breeze. Just wash with soap and the residue just slides right off. I am sold on this bran so well I ordered the set that goes with it. This roasting pan has unlocked an entire category of cooking for me that I deeply appreciate:Meals that look impressive but require suspiciously little effort.My first meal in it was roasted salmon with asparagus. I put everything in the pan, let the oven do the hard part, and somehow ended up with the best salmon I’ve ever had.Not the best salmon I’ve personally cooked.The best salmon I’ve had.That was the moment I realized this pan was going to be dangerous.The rack gives you great airflow, the size is perfect for roasting a full meal at once, and cleanup is easy enough that I’m actually willing to use it regularly instead of letting it become one of those expensive kitchen decorations.Since buying it, I’ve started looking at food differently.Chicken? Roast it.Vegetables? Roast them too.Seafood? Apparently I’m a restaurant now.Five stars.It has successfully turned “I don’t feel like cooking” into “this is somehow delicious.”Variation: Size: 17 inches x 14 inches
5.0 out of 5 stars Love, Love, Love it! Awaiting the full line of bakeware! I love this pan. I made a chicken casserole recipe and it was so good and almost no clean up!! I have almost all the hex clad pieces and I love each and every one. They are duo purpose with no stick, easy peasy clean up! If you haven’t tried any of their products, what are you waiting for???The price is high but, how much money have you wasted on non-stick cookware that cooks off into your food, turns dark and end up in the garbage. I can’t tell you how much $$$ I have wasted on supposedly non stick cookware.Variation: Size: 13 inches x 9 inches
