4.0 out of 5 stars Decent, but not perfect I like the pan overall. It is nice and light and the wood pattern on the handle has a good retro look to it.I find the “non-toxic” term in the description a little unsettling, because who would make a frying pan out of toxic material? Just the thought of it is unsettling. The pan seems mostly fine, but I have two issues with it that prevent me from giving it 5 stars. First of all, it is too light. When the pan is empty it is borderline unstable where the slightest downward pressure on the handle will tip the pan over. And I mean very slight. The other issue I have with it is that it is slightly crowned in the middle, so anything I put in it immediately runs to the sides.I’m not sure I’ll use it long term yet or just toss it. May try it one or two more times and then decide.Variation: Set name: 10in
5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent pan I have an inductive stove and this fits the middle size burner. The small burner too. Even though it’s a 12″ pan, the inductive area isn’t that big, so no high power frying from the big burner. The pan sits evenly on the stove with no rocking or unevenness. Liquids sit evenly in the bottom. Heating is very even and there is enough conducting area to allow you to move the pan around without losing your inductive contact. It is a no-stick pan and it works well at that. I washed the pan, dried it, put it on the middle burner without any oil or butter. I broke an egg in the pan to test how good the non-stick was. I was easily able to fry that egg. I’m impressed. My problem with no-stick pans is that in short order, the no-stick surface delaminates or quits being no-stick. This is even when using no-stick safe cooking tools. Right now, it seems fine, but if it deteriorates, I will return and revise my review. So far, so good and as far as a value statement, this seem priced around where these seem to sell for so it’s a fair value.Variation: Set name: 12in
4.0 out of 5 stars Good nonstick pan, but the size and wooden handle description are inaccurate First, this is sold as a 12-inch frying pan, but mine measures 11.5 inches across the outside edge and approximately 11 inches across the inner cooking area. It’s also about 2 1/8 inches deep. That difference may not matter much for everyday cooking, but it’s worth knowing if you’re expecting a true 12-inch pan or trying to use a lid you already own.The handle arrives detached and is easy to install. A screwdriver is included, so everything needed for assembly is in the box. The pan was packaged well, with the handle separately boxed and protected with bubble wrap. The instructions recommend avoiding extremely high heat and metal utensils, which is typical care for nonstick cookware. One thing I found misleading is that the included instructions describe the handle as wooden. It isn’t wood. It has an attractive wood-grain finish and a soft, almost rubberized feel that provides a comfortable, secure grip, but during assembly you can see that the underlying material is black plastic. I also accidentally dropped the handle before attaching it, and a small piece of the outer coating chipped away, exposing that black plastic underneath. I actually like the way the handle looks and feels, but I don’t appreciate it being described as wood when it isn’t.As far as actual cooking performance goes, the pan has been very good. Food releases easily from the nonstick surface, and cleanup takes very little effort. Overall, it’s a useful pan that cooks well, but the inaccurate size and handle description are definite drawbacks.Variation: Set name: 12in
5.0 out of 5 stars So far so good I got the 10″ but I would recommend the 12″ for an all rounder saute pan. The nonstick, so far, is fantastic and it hasn’t had anything I’ve done on it stick in any way. It is incredibly easy to clean as a result. I’ve kept to reheating meats, rices, veggies and eggs so far, I haven’t tried to do any high heat meat searing as yet but so far I definitely recommend this pan for low maintenance. I don’t recommend anyone ever dishwash pans regardless of “safe” it will still knock years off the function of the best pan, so long as it is anything other than stainless steel. So, keep to handwashing, it’ll take seconds to clean. The feaux wood handle is an interesting touch that actually is nice both is aesthetic as well as texture. All around I like this.Variation: Set name: 10in
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent non-stick performance and comfortable to use. I am really impressed with this frying pan! First off, the safety features are great—knowing it is PFOA-free gives me total peace of mind when cooking for family and friends.Performance-wise, it exceeds expectations. It heats up evenly and works seamlessly on all types of stovetops. I tested it out first by frying eggs, and they slid right around the pan with zero sticking, perfectly showcasing how fantastic the non-stick coating is.A couple of standout design details make this a winner in my kitchen:The Wood-Look Handle: It stays completely cool to the touch while cooking, which is a wonderful safety and comfort feature.Easy Cleanup: Because nothing sticks to it, wiping it down or giving it a quick wash takes literally seconds. If you are looking for a reliable, easy-to-clean skillet that performs brilliantly, you cannot go wrong with this one. Highly recommend!Variation: Set name: 10in
5.0 out of 5 stars Basic Pan, Works Well This is a great basic kitchen item that does exactly what I need it to do. The handle is comfortable to hold, feels secure, and has a nice soft-touch finish. The pan and handle come disassembled, but it’s only one screw to attach the handle, so setup took almost no time. It also comes with a regular-sized screwdriver.I’ve used it a few times so far, and food cooks normally without giving me any issues. The surface is nice and smooth and has been very easy to clean. It’s a standard 8″ pan, which has always been my preferred size for everyday meals. It works well for eggs, vegetables, and smaller portions without taking up a ton of space.Variation: Set name: 8in
5.0 out of 5 stars Feels high-end and cooks great for only $20 Even though I already have plenty of cookware, this pan has been a great addition to the collection. The stone-like finish looks sharp and performs really well for everyday cooking tasks like making eggs without sticking. The wooden handle is a standout detail; it feels great in the hand and gives the whole piece an elegant, high-end feel. For around $20, it punches well above its price point and is definitely a solid buy. Also, very easy to assemble and includes the screwdriver!Bottom Line: An elegant, great-performing nonstick pan with a quality wooden handle that is well worth the $20 price tag.Variation: Set name: 12in
4.0 out of 5 stars Love the pan but not the size I have a small pan just like this and it’s our favorite for cooking small dishes especially eggs, that’s why I didn’t hesitate to order this larger skillet. The handle has a wood-grain look, but it’s not made of wood. I was pleasantly surprised to find out this skillet can withstand oven temperature. The food slides easily. Clean-up is also a breeze. The pan sits evenly on our electric stovetop. It heats ups quite fast and the non-stick feature of this pan makes cooking so convenient. However, it is only 11-inch on the interior side of the pan. I got this thinking I will get a 12-inch pan based on the product description. It’s quite disappointing on that end. I had to knock down a star for that. I still love this pan though.Variation: Set name: 12in
