5.0 out of 5 stars Frying steak on weekends, the heat is easier to control than expected My husband likes to fry his own steaks on weekends. After preheating this pure titanium pot and adding a small amount of oil, you can hear the even grilling sound as soon as the steak is put in. When turning over, the meat does not stick firmly to the bottom of the pot, and the caramel layer on the surface remains intact. Finally, cover the pot with a transparent lid, so you can directly observe the status inside without having to open it repeatedly to check. The body of the pot is much lighter than the cast iron pots at home, so it won’t be particularly difficult to carry it from the stove to the dining table. After eating, rinse it with warm water and then clean it with a soft sponge. The remaining grease and meat scraps are easy to deal with. It heats stably on the induction cooker and is easy to fry meat, eggs or simple stir-fry.

5.0 out of 5 stars Durable pan with excellent cooking space The 12-inch size was one of the main reasons chose it. Many skillets quickly became overcrowded when cooking for several people, but this one offers ample space, making it very comfortable to use. I’ve cooked vegetables, fish, steak, and one-pan meals in it without ever feeling cramped. It heats up efficiently and responds quickly to temperature adjustments. Once preheated, it maintains a consistent cooking surface, ensuring food cooks evenly. I also appreciate its clean design and the absence of a traditional non-stick coating—an important factor for me when selecting cookware.Durability has proven to be one of its greatest strengths. Even with frequent use, the surface remains as shiny as new. I can use various utensils without worrying about damaging the pan; it feels incredibly sturdy. It also handled high-heat oven cooking with ease. Cleaning is much easier than expected; if food does stick slightly, a quick soak for a few minutes solves the problem. As long as the cooking temperature is right, most dishes leave very little residue. Despite its large size, the pan isn’t overly heavy compared to the other cookware in my kitchen.

5.0 out of 5 stars food releases easily I have been trying to cut back on oil because I want my meals to be a little lighter. The problem was that every pan I owned seemed to need extra oil or the food would stick. I ended up pouring in more oil than I really wanted almost every time I cooked. The first thing I made in this pan was a chicken breast with just a small amount of oil. I let the pan heat up, placed the chicken down, and left it alone. When a golden crust developed, it released with a gentle nudge instead of sticking. A few days later I cooked shrimp, then salmon, and they turned out just as well. I still cook with oil, but I no longer feel like I have to add extra just to keep food from sticking. I chose this pan because it is made from 100 percent pure titanium instead of a coating. It contains no PTFE, PFOA, or PFAS, which matters to me since I cook at home almost every day. The heat spreads evenly across the surface, so everything cooks at a steady pace without random hot spots. Cleanup is quick, and now my focus stays on the food instead of wondering how the pan is going to handle the meal.

5.0 out of 5 stars Dinner for the whole family can be completed in one pot When the family usually eats for four people, the small frying pan always cannot hold too many ingredients, so this 12-inch frying pan has just the right space. On the weekends I use it to fry steaks, sauté veggies, or just make a pot of chicken and potatoes. The pot heats up relatively quickly and can respond promptly even when the heat is turned down. The ingredients are heated evenly and are less likely to be burnt and uncooked at the same time.I love that it doesn’t have a traditional coating and doesn’t require too much stress when using the metal clips. The body of the pot looks sturdy, and after frying at high temperature, it can be placed directly in the oven to continue cooking. If you soak it for a while before cleaning, the residue will be easier to wipe off, making it easy for daily cooking.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Heat Control and Durable Titanium Construction The first thing that stood out to me was how evenly this pan distributes heat. Whether I was cooking eggs or browning chicken, the surface heated consistently without obvious hot spots, making it much easier to get even results. The pan also feels solid in hand and has a well-balanced weight that doesn’t make it difficult to handle. The cooking surface performs nicely with only a small amount of oil. Foods release cleanly, and cleanup has been much simpler than with many traditional pans. The titanium finish still looks great after normal cooking and cleaning, and I haven’t noticed scratches or discoloration from regular kitchen utensils.Another detail that makes this pan enjoyable to use is its versatility. It works perfectly on my induction cooktop, the lid fits securely, and the oven-safe design adds flexibility when finishing recipes that start on the stove. The combination of quality materials, dependable performance, and easy maintenance makes it a pan that fits naturally into regular home cooking.

5.0 out of 5 stars You don’t have to worry about steak sticking to the pan I like to fry steak at home on weekends. In the past, I always had to pour a little more oil before I dared to put it in the pan. After preheating this pure titanium pan, only a thin layer of oil is used, and the steak can slowly form a caramelized surface on both sides, and it will not stick to each other when turned over. The mushrooms and onions are fried on the side, and the heat is relatively even, and there is no situation where they are cooked and still raw at the same time. I care about the material of the pot itself, so the lack of PTFE, PFOA and PFAS makes me more willing to use it for a long time. After eating, there will be no thick grease left on the bottom of the pot that is difficult to deal with. It can be cleaned after just soaking for a while. Now when I make simple dinners, I don’t add a lot of extra oil to prevent sticking.

5.0 out of 5 stars A pan I reach for often I first used this for searing chicken thighs for dinner, I’ve kept reaching for it for vegetables and steaks too. The pan feels lighter in my hand than I expected for its size, it is helpful when moving it between the stove and oven. It gets plenty hot for browning meat, I like being able to finish a dish in the oven without switching pans. Food can stick if I rush the preheating, but giving the pan a little time and adding oil works much better. After cooking, I usually wash it with hot soapy water and it cleans up well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Healthy Cooking I got these titanium pans as a gift for my mom, and she loves them. The pans are made from pure titanium, which means they’re super sturdy and easy to clean. The pan handles have a good grip, and the size is perfect for cooking full meals at the same time. The pans are a bit heavy, but my mother doesn’t mind them at all. It heats up remarkably fast and spreads heat evenly across the surface. While it does not have a synthetic nonstick coating, following proper cooking techniques like preheating the pan and using a little butter or oil prevents food from sticking. I love using it to sear steaks at high temperatures because it can safely go right into the oven up to one thousand degrees without any issues.
