The tri-ply construction heats evenly with no noticeable hot spots, and the 6-quart size is perfect for everything from searing meat to making large one-pan meals for the family.The stainless steel finish is well made, cleans up easily, and looks great even after repeated use. The included lid fits snugly to lock in heat and moisture, and the sturdy handle feels comfortable and secure. I also appreciate that it’s free of PFAS/PTFE coatings, so I don’t have to worry about nonstick coatings wearing out over time.With a little practice using proper stainless steel cooking techniques, food releases well and cleanup is surprisingly easy. I’ve read those pans leach out bad chemicals that can harm you. I’m trying this stainless steel saute pan to see if it can replace my everyday pans.So far, I’m impressed at how versatile this pan is for my kitchen. he pan heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, making it easy to get a beautiful sear on chicken, steak, and vegetables without worrying about hot spots.The construction feels sturdy and well-made, and the pan has enough weight to feel premium without being difficult to handle. I like that the entire pan can be put into my oven to finish off my cooking. The included lid fits securely and does a great job retaining heat and moisture for simmering sauces or finishing dishes.If you’re new to stainless steel cookware, there’s a slight learning curve. Preheating the pan properly and adding oil before cooking makes a huge difference, and once I got the technique down, food released easily and cleanup was surprisingly simple.I’ve used it on multiple types of meals, from one-pan pasta dishes to sautéed vegetables and seared meats, and it has performed exceptionally well every time.
