It does dull out the knives very fast but as long as you sharpen them after each use it’s great. Also it does tend to slip when it’s on the counter so just put a towel under and it stays. 3.0 out of 5 stars Scratch resistant? I was excited to try the new titanium cutting boards. However, after the first use by cutting a piece of banana bread, the knife actually scratched the titanium. I used it again with the same results. I did not use a lot of pressure obviously to get through banana bread.
