It is incredibly sharp and precise, so you can cut a slice the size you want it, and I like them thin. I only gave it 4 stars because it’s not truly reversible. I’m left handed. When you turn the blade over, it’s not flush with the side of the handle. I make it work by lifting the loaf up to fully cut the bottom of slice off, but it’s an easy design fix, and it’s still so much better than my standard break knife.
