5.0 out of 5 stars This is a very nice and functional scale I recently started a quest to lose some weight and as part of that wanted to start logging all my food in an app. After some research I decided to give this one a try. I have always been happy with Oxo products and this is no exception.It is a good sized scale and I can still read the display even with a full sized plate sitting on it.I like that it is easy to zero and easy to switch between pounds, ounces, and grams.I also like that the output keeps displaying for plenty of time to make entries in my app.It looks nice, has a good range and seems durable. 5.0 out of 5 stars OXO Delivers as usual I finally decided that a scale with a larger read out would be easier and more enjoyable to use. First.little bit about me. I have lost a significant amount of weight in the past year, and a major element in my regimen is that I weigh my portions. Second, I have very poor eyesight. I had been using a rather thin, glass topped scale that was entirely touchscreen. It got to a point that realized that a scale with a larger, more legible readout would be more efficient for me. After some research, I settled on this OXO, despite it being more pricey than many of its competitors. I can’t express sincerely enough how delighted I am that I paid the little bit extra. Rather than a touchscreen, the scale has tactile buttons on either side of the read out, which is plenty large and vivid enough for me to read easily. The buttons are responsive, and the readout is lightning quick. From other uses, I have a 50 gram testing weight in the house, and the scale is spot on to the exact gram. . I haven’t had it long enough to determine if there will be problems cleaning it. Also, I haven’t used the pull out display panel feature yet, but I have experimented with it when the scale wasn’t in use, and it’s operation is smooth and simple. The only possible negative I can think of is that unlike the very slim profile of the scales that it is replacing, it’s a bit thicker, so storage may or may not be an issue depending on your space available. Simply stated, I am delighted with this scale, and I can’t imagine anything providing a better experience.Variation: Total product quantity: 1 Count

It’s very consistent and weighs a few grams to pounds of wheat berries or dough effortlessly.I like that it’s small and by using the pull out you can tare out the weight of a larger flat plate for example and put something on it and you automatically have a larger scale.Variation: Total product quantity: 1 Count

It’s bigger than my previous scale, and I especially love that the display can be pulled out when weighing larger items. We’ve had a couple different food scales now and this one is our favorite. Love that the weight doesn’t disappear after just a few seconds, but stays up for a few minutes, and we also love the pull out display. There are many scales available for much less, but several third-party reviewers selected this OXO scale as the best for many reasons. The capacity is good for pretty much anything you would need to measure. The pull out feature is very helpful. I didn’t think it mattered that much, but I’ve used it several times and I’m glad it was an option. OXO quality applies here. They make good products. I’ve purchased many kitchen products from the over the years and they do not disappoint. The scale is very accurate, lightweight, easy to use.
