I built one chair and in the process I realized there is a zipper that is located on the bottom of the seat back. I have smaller children and could see this being an issue with them climbing in and out of the chairs. The chairs themselves are beautiful. The wood is thick, sturdy and the material is very nice, definitely a true beige color with a yellow undertone. I requested a return label and realized that the return shipping for the chairs costed as much as the chair is did. I reached out to Amazon and Amazon reached out to the seller. The seller responded quickly and was willing to provide me with a return label with free shipping. I sent a picture of my return receipt and the seller refunded my money immediately.
