I can make food the night before, pop it in to forget about in the morning, and he says it’s perfectly warm (not too hot) by lunch. It fits more food than I thought it would! I just wish I could buy extra containers for the inside of it so that I could meal prep several days at a time. The lid snaps on very securely on the container too.
