They don’t feel cheap to me. Also, I’ve read here about them leaking salt and pepper. I keep these sitting in a pair of small white ramekins which catch any spilling. They also contrast with the blue perfectly. I have the big mills in Flame color for the cooking area. For the dining table, these in Marseille Blue are perfect. I’m very happy. 5-stars.
