We had an issue with the chefs knife, something came loose in the handle, I contacted the company and they got back to be almost immediately and sent a replacement knife. The customer service was great! The knife’s have a nice feel in the hand, they aren’t too heavy or light, they feel balanced. My go to knife is the chefs knife for most cutting. The steak knives are serrated and efficient. I definitely think this knives are worth the cost.
