4.0 out of 5 stars Not bad These fit my 4.5 qt KSM90. Easy to put on and take off.Nice quality stainless steel. Easy to clean. The ends that attach to the Kitchenaid are smaller diameter and thinner than on the originals and other aftermarket attachments. Because of this, the drive pin doesn’t fully engage and could present a reliability issue over time when working heavy bread or pasta doughs. The dough attachment is a spiral rather than C type. It’s also longer than the original and required adjustment to the Kitchenaid to not hit the bowl. This caused the locking lever to not go all the way to the end position. The dough attachment has a shield to keep the dough from climbing up into the pin lock mechanism. The shield is a little thin and the edge is is not radiused. Thicker material and a smoother rounded edge would have been nice. The wire on the whisk is smaller diameter than on the original one from Kitchenaid.
5.0 out of 5 stars Better dough hook If you have a kitchenaid mixer, you know that the stock dough hook sucks at mixing. This spiral dough hook is awesome. It mixes fast. My dough came together lightning fast. No more starting with the paddle, then switching to the hook for kneeding.I haven’t used the wisk, but it’s a wisk, I’m sure it works fine.
5.0 out of 5 stars Just like oem Does its job, well-made.
5.0 out of 5 stars So far so good! Got this for Christmas to use with our kitchen aid mixer. Haven’t used the dough hook yet, but the whisk attachment worked well to make icing and whipped cream.
5.0 out of 5 stars much better than original Much better than the original that came with my Kitchenaid, which are chipped (with bits coming off the outer layer). So far the stainless steel doughhook has worked great for many loaves. It also seems smoother than original, and I like the spatulate ending. I have been handwashing these, so don’t know what a dishwasher would do to the finish.I have not tried the whisk yet, but it was such a good value set that I’m happy to have this.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works Perfect! These are perfect replacements for my 5.5 quart KitchenAid mixer. Great quality.
