It heated the water quickly and cleaned nicely. I did rinse lightly before running the clean function. I did have to adjust the lid a couple times during blending. I think movement lets it slip position. But overall did what I wanted it to do. It looks nice and and is quieter than other blenders I have used.Variation: Color: Black

This fabulous blender literally heats things up, too. It can make nut milk, hot jam, soup, baby food, steam, grind, boil, juice, milkshake, slushy, and even cleans itself. I have the stainless steel version. The one objection is the protective, plastic coating around the stainless base is lifting in a few areas on the left side from the very beginning and I reached out to the company and they said that you can remove it but you really can’t! So I think that’s a flaw. I wish they would address the issue. It detracts from its appearance but not its functionality – a true household pleasure!Variation: Color: Stainless Steel
