5.0 out of 5 stars Exactly as advertised The chairs are beautiful exactly as advertised but even better the customer support was amazing! I ordered six chairs and it came in two boxes a week apart when I went to put the chairs together in the first place all the screws and stuff weren’t there so you do need to wait for both boxes in order to be able to put together the six chairs. The first thing I always do when I get something that I need to put together is count all the parts to make sure that they are all there I didn’t think that I got enough foot pads. I messaged the company and they immediately said that they would send me the missing parts when I looked again I saw that they were already screwed to the bottom of the chairs and the ones that I saw were extras. There is a video showing how to assemble the chairs and I found that to be very helpful. My only complaint is that I had difficulty screwing the seats onto the base of the chair.
