5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing Vacuum Seal!! ​This has to be the best purchase I have made all year in regards to my kitchen! I use to have one of those larger ones that seals. It eventually went on me years ago. Hence freezer bags. It was so bulky for a small kitchen. This one works amazingly well and is so easy to use.​It helped me get rid of about 10 bulky freezer bags that were always filling up with air. Now, I have so much more room, and best of all, I can actually see what’s inside. I actually sealed some frozen ice cream sandwiches for haha’s, let me tell you it worked now no freezer burns. It sealed perfectly and did not flatten them.​I find myself using the smaller bags the most since I eat a ton of chicken, but the larger bags are absolutely amazing for things like French fries, meatballs, and vegetables.​Because I have a small kitchen with limited counter space, I love how lightweight it is—it fits perfectly right in my cabinet. 4.0 out of 5 stars Chef Preserve - handy device Great for foods that are not soft foods ie berries..unless you just partially remove the air. The tool itself is wonderful in that easy to use, vacuum seals as promised, shuts off automatically when air removed from bags & I would assume the glass containers (too costly for us at the current time). Using less plastic zip locks for sure !! Currently testing bags with foods placed into freezer….the ideal is to see if the seal will hold – after 2 weeks those in the freezer are still sealed. Seal must be maintained – I’ve put foods into the bins, sealed, and when checked – were not; at this time I assume the bag were not truly sealed completely. Durability is good. Weight of tool ideal – I keep mine on the counter – a testiment to how often I use it. Difficult to remove odors from the bags – yep, was garlic & the onions. So I clean and keep using – & that particular bag has “Onion” written on it! Never a problem with ruined goods – have to account for the squish of the bag – it will kill spinach if you suck it down too tightly. Charge lasts a good while – can’t give you an estimate of time – I use mine at least once daily & at least five times in a day once weekly for food prep & the charge is still going. All in all is a very useful and money saving tool – yet, have to learn how to use – not the jewel it is advertised to be with fruits etc.Variation: Size: Vacuum Sealer + 30 Bags

5.0 out of 5 stars LOVE it!!! Let’s just say I am now obsessed with this little tool! I was skeptical, but after receiving it and using it for fruit and meat, it is amazing! So much easier than our big bulky one and does the same work!I was a little worried about using it for meats or anything with possible juices. For my meats, I simply wrapped them in plastic wrap first and then used the Chef Preserve bag and tool, it worked perfectly! No juice and sealed as expected! Everything is so compact after sealing and saves so much room in the fridge and freezer!The size is so small, we will be taking this with us in our camper! I saw some reviews saying it was difficult to open and close the bags, but I had no problems with that at all.
