This is the absolute best quality! It truly is non-stick. You can wipe it clean with a paper towel in most instances. The only time I’ve ever had anything stick is when I was stupid and not paying attention. In fact, I once burned something so bad that I was sure I ruined the pan. I let it cool off, filled the pan with water and let it soak about 10 minutes–wiped right off!! I was shocked. There was no discoloration to the pan at all. There is no “coating” (like with Teflon-type pans) to peel off. They are lightweight but still very sturdy. I can not say enough how great this brand is! Definitely worth the money–even if not on sale. I even bought my mom a set for Mother’s Day and she was absolutely thrilled.Variation: Model: Gray & Blue 7-Piece

Lightweight which makes it easy to place in and take out of the oven. Great value for the price. The material they are made of is amazing. Better than teflon and other “non-stick” offerings. They don’t take up a lot of room in my cabinet because they can be safely stacked.
