Nothing sticks that can’t be washed away with a sponge and water. Although I use parchment liners, some muffins, such as blueberry muffins, leak sticky juices that bake onto the tray. They soak off easily. It isn’t dishwasher safe, but it is so easy to clean, that doesn’t matter to me. My muffins come out evenly baked and perfect.
