I’ve adjusted my rating based on the resolution.Original review:I was thrilled to get this product! I opened it as soon as it was delivered. It was packaged very well, including a soft fuzzy kind of cardboard material around the ceramic bottom. Unfortunately it arrived with two small spots where the ceramic/enamel had been scratched off on the outside and a raised, discolored spot on the cooking surface.
