I had another espresso machine before, but it did not have the additional options this has. Little bigger also than before, but the features make it worth it!Opening it and getting it started took a little longer than expected. I followed the guidelines for first use. Water wasn’t coming out at all and I was a big disappointed that it may not be working. I realized then that there was a plug at the very bottom of the water container and that needed to get pulled. Make sure you do this!Aside from that, brewing is super fast and efficient! It doesn’t take long for the temperature to heat up and I love the 1 or 2 shot options. I love the touch screen features and being able to easily choose which action to take. I’m always a little apprehensive about steam quality but this did very well steaming up my milk. I’d say it wasn’t as loud either as my previous one. I haven’t had the opportunity yet to use the grinder since I already have ground coffee, but I’m excited to use this.Since having this, I’ve been making iced cold brewed coffee and even bought 100 plastic cups to go.
