You get two, one slightly smaller (about 10″) and the other is a bit larger (about 12″). The tips are angled for comfortable pan scraping and chiseled to one side to get underneath food. They have thin hang-loops made from leather.Benefits of wood cooking utensils:* protect non-stick pans from scratches* protect your family from ingesting Teflon shreds* don’t melt in high heat* wont react to acidic foods, like tomato sauce* won’t bend or break under normal useDownside of wood utensils:* must handwash (dishwashers ruin the wood)* need to oil them regularly to keep moisture from getting into the grain (use food grade mineral oil found in any pharmacy or else butcher block conditioner from a hardware store)* cannot use vegetable oil to oil them or the oil will get rancid and become sticky over timeI know these things only because I researched how to care for wood utensils. These spatulas did not come with any care guide, which I was disappointed by. But I feel that the price is great. Beautiful wood and perfectly shaped I’m so happy that I ordered these wood spatulas.I am really not fond of the plastic ones you just kind of used them out of habit. Then I noticed that the one I use the most seem to have melted a bit which made me wonder if I had eaten any plastic.These two nice wooden spatulas are made out of acacia which is pretty much safe to use with anything and can withstand getting wet.I really enjoy the fact that they came with ties on the top so that I can hang them right up above my stove.Every time I look at them I am impressed with how beautiful that wood look hanging there.They are shaped perfectly to do the job and I really appreciate how the ends are tapered making them very spatula like.They are reasonably priced and I find them to be a great value for the money and kind of a necessity with how much stuff is coated with Teflon these days.

The acacia wood is beautiful and feels very high quality, and the spatulas have a really nice length. You get both a 10-inch and 12-inch spatula, which is convenient depending on what you’re cooking.What I especially like is that the spatulas are relatively thin and a little narrower than a typical spatula. That makes them surprisingly easy to slide underneath and flip food in a pan, including when you’re working in smaller spaces. The flat bottom is also great for scraping up those browned bits from the bottom of the pan.For me, wooden utensils are the perfect middle ground: they have much more firmness and control than silicone, but they’re still gentle enough that I don’t have to worry about scratching my cookware. The wood feels substantial without being bulky.They also have a little hanging string attached, which I don’t personally use, but it’s a nice extra touch.
