I saw the idea to have a salad bar in your fridge so I wanted to try this and I took it a step further and wanted all my fruits and veggies prepped and ready to eat or use in recipes. Plastic is cheaper but I wanted to get away from plastic. These containers are thick and sturdy, the lids are great and fit securely! I like the sizes that are included and I didn’t really care about the little jars but found a use for them, things like peeling garlic ahead of time and using these little jars is great. I’m really thinking about getting more for taking food on the go and to hold more stuff prepped food. We eat tons of fresh fruit and veggies and I would rather do the prep myself and save money and know that it was washed properly. It’s been really great to prep ahead it makes making healthy fresh food so quick, also takes the pain out of salads because I do all the work once a week and cruise the rest of the week! They also came in perfect shape.
