It breaks through the eggshell while making a hole in the egg. Designed with an oval groove, this handheld egg breaker securely holds eggs of any size. It hold the egg remains in place, allowing for a clean and precise crack every time. It separate the egg from the membrane which leads to part of the egg being taken with the shell.
