3.0 out of 5 stars Light on the inside stays on and will not power on the heat anything I opened it up as soon as I got it and saw no damage to I bought this for a new home I was buying and hadn’t checked it to see if it was working during the Amazon 30 day period. Finally got the house 2 months later. Unboxed it paid an electrician to help me install it, and remove old one. Got it hooked up turned on the breaker and heard some beeps and light on the inside of microwave was on. Called customer support they said the child lock was on, and to hold stop off button for 30 seconds. Nope that wasn’t it. Tried turning off the breaker 3x. That didn’t work. Tried to push the preference button to see if child lock was on, Nope. Light is still on inside. Pushed 1min on pad pressed start still won’t start. Emailed support they turned it over to their engineering team that was 4 days ago , nothing back from engineering team. So I see Lowes sells the same one. If I don’t hear back from the engineering team soon I will buy a different brand from a brick and Mortar. Do yourself a favor and do the same at least you can check if something works right in the store. Would give this a zero, but at least someone talked to me from there customer support.Update. 4 months after purchase they sent me a new on even though after 90 days they didn’t have to, by their return policy. They told me to just throw away the defective unit. So at least I did have to pay shipping to return it. It’s a microwave and it works as it should, but one of my favorite features is that you can change the volume of the beeps and noises. I wake up earlier than the rest of the family, so having these quieter alerts makes it nice so I don’t have to wake up the rest of the house cooking my breakfast. It fits exactly where the old one used to and was easy to install with the help of one other person to hold it in place for mounting. The interior is very easy to clean.I sometimes use different power levels other than just full blast, and the way to adjust the power levels is a little different than what I was used to, but after I figured it out it was an easy adjustment for me. UPDATE: The manufacturer support was friendly and did refund the full amount because it was only 11 days out of warranty after I told them I didn’t want to reinstall a full replacement unit. Still wouldn’t go with this brand again. See original review below.The fan is loud, but otherwise this worked great for about a year. 1 year and 11 days after we bought it the handle broke off from normal use. Luckily I saw another review where someone got these removable handles for showers and we got a set ourselves and it works fine (see picture). I reached out to the company and they can’t replace the handle or door, but offered to replace the microwave for free in black (the silver is out of stock) or we could wait a few months for a silver one to be back in stock… but we decided it’s not worth the pain of reinstalling it for a unit that’s only going to last a year or so, so we’re just sticking with the ugly handle. If they offered a handle or a door replacement so it wasn’t such a pain or so wasteful I’d move this up to 2 stars, but they’re not able to do that, which is just wasteful, and a pain for customers since they’re a bit of work to install.Variation: Color: SilverSet name: 30 In 1.9 Cu.Ft. Either replace your existing receptacle if you have to or installed in a new kitchen install the correct receptacle. A microwave should be on a dedicated 20A circuit anyway, but it would be fine on 15A it only draws 8 on 120V power. I cut off the plug and hardwired mine it’s inside a cabinet anyway.
