I prefer 100% Arabica, dark roast, and the quality I am experiencing is taste, crema appearance, and texture is Coffee Shop quality. The La Specialista Touch is extremely easy to use and has enhanced my coffee experience.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent coffee, solid machine Loving this more every day. Quality is outstanding. Coffee is excellent. There is a learning curve, but the machine helps you. Getting to know what the pictures mean was the hardest part. It does take 1-2 minutes to brew a cup. In the beginning that seemed way too long. I dreamed of the automatic version which is $500+ more. Had to get my coffee fix. Now we each craft American, lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos in about a minute. You can create different levels of foam using milk, almond milk, oat milk, soy etc.Fairly easy to clean.

The material is high quality, it heats fast, its overall pretty quiet, and I believe you get what you pay for! + It looks great on my counter!
