This product delivers!! We owned an Oster masticating juicer years ago and I just gave up on it due to being so slow and cumbersome to clean and put back together. Before that we owned a Jack LaLanne juicer and it was a lot of work to clean and re assemble. I initially went with the slow juicer because it didn’t raise the temperature of the juice causing nutrient loss. Well, this one delivers in that department too! It only has 1.8 degree heat transfer. Another wonderful feature is that assembling it is a snap! The juicing time itself is SO fast! Wonderful! It has 3 speeds depending on the fruit or vegetable you are juicing to get maximum extraction. The juicing is everything you would want in my opinion. It isn’t overly large and the stainless steel is beautiful and you can tell has such high quality in the making of this unit. Five stars!! I follow Jason Vale and he said you need to give your juicer a place of importance on your counter as you would a coffee maker or toaster. I have only used it for carrots, blueberries and celery but is was amazing. It came quickly. I would definitely buy here again. I probably spent more time and effort buying juicers only to be disappointed. When I finally bit the bullet and decided to lay out $400 for the Breville my life became so much simpler.
