5.0 out of 5 stars My bread went fro ugly to yummy! Buy these! Not sure why… but I am 100% convince that these brea pans made a big difference in the outcome of my bread. I bake using freshly ground flour that I mill with a Country Living grain mill. The dough made with freshly milled flour behaves much differently than dough made with store bought flour. I was having problems with my bread being ugly and flat. I did not change me recipes at all…. just used these pans, and I got 2 loaves of bread that I would’ve been proud to enter into any county fair. They had the right level of rise…. they baked evenly… the crust was not too hard and not too crumbly. It may be something with the design of these pans that promoted a more evenly distributed heat? These are the perfect size for a single person that might go through a loaf of bread in a week. There’s cheaper pans out there, and I’ve tried those pans… I finally decided if I was gonna put all that effort into grinding my own flour, I deserve a good set of bread pans… and these pans are great! Save yourself the hassle of trying the cheap pans. I highly recommend them!Variation: Size: 1 PoundPattern Name: Loaf Pan

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfection Perfect for my sourdough sandwich bread. They clean nicely and don’t stick. Quality is superb. Just perfect. I wish they come in a bigger size too.Variation: Size: 1 PoundPattern Name: Loaf Pan
5.0 out of 5 stars Quality Loaf Pans! These pans are amazing. They are heavy and truly non-stick. I’ve only used them once, but am so pleased. I made pumpkin bread, and the size of these turns them out beautifully – so much better than a 9 x 5. The only thing I’d warn those contemplating purchasing these about, is that they do need to be hand washed, and you shouldn’t use anything abrasive to clean them with. I used soap and water and a regular dish pad and they were very easy to clean. However, like many “heavy duty” loaf pans, they do have seams. I noticed that after washing and towel-drying, after a few minutes of sitting on the counter, there were a few drops of water that appeared in the corners. I think it would be best if one didn’t stack them and put them away immediately after drying. Just let them sit a few minutes and check for any water before stacking. To my mind, the minor inconvenience hand washing and making sure that they’re truly dry is well worth the ease of use and the great results. My pumpkin bread turned out lovely!Variation: Size: 1 PoundPattern Name: Loaf Pan
