5.0 out of 5 stars Best frying pan I have owned I wanted a new large electric frying pan. My last one was a top rated brand. But unfortunately I cleaned it too many times when it was very hot. I think I damaged the non- stick surface. I did a lot of research and decided on the All-Clad non-stick electric frying pan. I have only used it once. But it did a fantastic job on cooking and browning hash browns In the past it has taken me 20 mins to cook and brown hash browns. Sometimes I would burn them. With the All-clad skillet they cooked and browned in about 5 mins. I cooked them on 300 degrees. Love the size, no hot spots, even cooking. Love how sturdy the frying pan is. It is also very nice looking. Only one very minor comment. The numbers for the settings could be larger and darker on the temp probe. I have to wear my reading glasses to see the numbers on the temp probe. But with each major temp probe clicks. Example 300 degrees clicks then 350 degrees clicks and so on. I highly recommend this electric fryer.Variation: Style: Electrical Skillet
5.0 out of 5 stars Best skillet ever! I’m really impressed, but not surprised, given All-clad’s tradition of great quality products. This electric skillet is huge and extremely versatile. I love the high power that makes it heat fast. And the heat is well distributed through all the surface. It’s almost like using a skilled on a power burner in the gas stove. The thermostat is also accurate when we need low heat like simmering. Now the two really impressive features are the ability to be put in the oven and in the dishwasher (remove thermostat), although it takes a lot of space in the dishwasher. Even so, it’s more convenient t than hand washing. Also, for multiple batches, you do t need to wash, just wipe it with paper.towels and the non-stick surface cleans like a charm.Oh, and it’s SPECTACULAR for searing big portions of beef or chi Ken because it can recover the heat really fast, so you won’t have the skilled.cooling down when you put the food in it and start accumulate liquid and cooking instead of the Maillard effect that created that beautiful brown.Oh, and it’s behaves beautifully with bacon slices.Parallel.tomit, it’s design matches a model of nylon spatula that all clad also makes and both together have an excellent ergonomics, with the spatula working like a charm. It’s a skillet, but large and responsive enough to also be used as a griddle when you want, eliminating the need of a separate electric griddle. From.bacon and eggs to burgers to stir fry to sear to boil… you name it! And the ability to go.in the oven even adds the “au gratin” capability to the vast list of abilities and versatility this excellent skillet has.If something could be improved, maybe in the future all clad could add a digital thermostat with a display that shows the exact temperature.Even being a household small appliance, the performance, robustness and quality could make it possible to be considered for light commercial use.Variation: Style: Electrical Skillet

5.0 out of 5 stars The size is perfect for one or five -- if you can afford the storage space. I love all the details of this thing. It is true you need your reading glasses to see the thermostat but the size and quick (and even) heat up of this thing is marvelous. First thing out of the box I washed it, plugged it in, and set it to 375. Within a couple minutes it was to temp and I dropped in a 2 pound salmon fillet. In 18 minutes it was perfectly cooked. I’ve been happy with it since. Do the skillet size and handle ornaments at the rivets speak of Timberline Lodge to anyone else? Lol.Variation: Style: Electrical Skillet
